How it's made
From forming line to finished board
Boards move through forming, demolding, cutting, sanding and UV finishing before inspection. Each stage uses equipment shown on our manufacturing page.
- Step 1
Board Forming
Magnesium oxide slurry is laid up on the forming line to build each panel to its target thickness.
- Step 2
Demolding
Cured panels are released from the forming line and moved forward for sizing.
- Step 3
Cutting
Panels are cut to standard 2440 × 1220 mm or 2400 × 1200 mm sheet sizes, or to a confirmed custom dimension.
- Step 4
Sanding
Sanded-face products pass through mechanical sanding for a flat, uniform surface.
- Step 5
UV Finishing
Decorative-face panels receive a UV-cured surface treatment before final inspection.
- Step 6
Inspection
Boards are checked against the confirmed order specification before packing.
